Digital Communications Manager

After two decades of working in advertising/marketing with consumer brands, ad agencies, and early stage startups, Jess settled into the nonprofit world and loves to share her skillset to help elevate nonprofit organizations’ design, branding, and communications. Yes – Jess started in advertising when she was just 15 years old!

From 2015-2022, Jess spent several years “digital nomading,” where she freelanced remotely while traveling. She’s been fortunate to live in places like Thailand, Bulgaria, Japan, Italy, and Mexico and work on hundreds of projects with dozens of brands from various industries. She helped one of her startup freelancing clients raise over $150M+ in venture capital.

When she was 26, Jess co-founded and was the Chief Marketing Officer & Creative Director of a nationwide nonprofit that celebrated foster and homeless children. She served on that nonprofit pro-bono for 7 years and brought the organization into 28 cities across the country before stepping down from her position in May of 2023 to pursue new endeavors related to the homeless and addiction crises.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys hanging out at the park, drinking bougie hot chocolate, studying everything, and, on occasion, getting her butt kicked in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
