Come home to Calvary
Come roll up your sleeves with Calvary members and friends as we take part in a spring refresh at Raphael House, one of Calvary’s Matthew 25 Partners. This will be our first hands-on volunteer activity at the residential family shelter since the pandemic. Your efforts help to maintain a home-like, clean, comfortable, and organized residential shelter for the families who live there.
Volunteers will help with various cleaning projects, sort, and organize donated toys and wrap birthday gifts for Raphael house children. Minors aged 13-17 with a parent or guardian are welcome to participate.
Space is limited. Please sign up in advance by contacting Ross Wilson at ross_h_wilson@yahoo.com OR Robin Morjikian at robinmorjikian@calpres.org.
SAFETY PROTOCOL
Because Raphael House is a congregate living facility serving a vulnerable population:
Raphael House is a shelter and services provider for families experiencing homelessness. These programs provide families who are struggling with homelessness with a safe, stable home where the entire family receives crucial support services to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.
