Volunteer Opportunity: Raphael House School Backpack Distribution

Low-income families living paycheck-to-paycheck must prioritize essentials like rent and groceries and often struggle to purchase school supplies. Calvary seeks 2 volunteers to help families (current Raphael House residents and former residents in the Bridge program) select backpacks and supplies to get their children’s school year off to a good start. Vaccination and masks required. Raphael House, one of Calvary’s Matthew 25 Partners for Change, provides temporary housing and other support to families experiencing housing insecurity.
