About Dance Meditation: Dance Meditation is a practice for adults of all ages and abilities. There are no steps to learn and dance experience is not required. We will mindfully explore through guided movement and music our own authentic dance as a source of guidance and inspiration in our lives. Deepen your connection with self and others, feel both energized and relaxed at the same time, burn some calories and join a welcoming and safe community, and enjoy a workout for body, mind, and soul.
Bio: Barbara Richard has been a follower of Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms dance meditation practice for over 20 years and loves nothing better than to share the practice with others and connect through movement and dance. She currently leads classes in San Francisco.
