A Story of Long Ago
What are the best memories of your childhood and teenage years? Were you around before WW II ended? Longtime Calvary member Fran Moreland Johns will ask those questions, and read one short story from her newly-released Marshallville Stories collection. You can read reviews of Marshallville Stories on Amazon, or some of Fran’s nonfiction writings at franjohns.net. Soup and salad lunch follows ($2).
Are you sixty plus?
Senior Adults—Calvary members and non-members alike—are welcome at Calvary to enjoy lively fellowship in a convivial atmosphere.
The Senior Adults group meets on the second Tuesday of the month for a program and hot lunch. Our program schedule includes speakers, performers, movies and more.
We also meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month for an informal brown bag lunch and fellowship.
Attendees range in age from 60 to 90+. Proof of vaccination is required and masks must be worn at all times except when actively eating or drinking.
