The Rev. Marci Glass walked a section of the Camino de Santiago this summer. She states, “No matter how many other pilgrims are on the trail with you, everyone walks their own path.” Come hear about her experience, see her photos, and bring your questions about the journey. Soup and salad lunch follows ($2).
Following the program we will hold a Service of Remembrance to honor and say farewell to seniors in our community we’ve lost since January 2020. Please bring pictures, if you have them, of those we’ve lost during the past two years. There will be a list of names, but you may add names during the service. Rev. Victor Floyd and Calvary’s musicians will lead this service in the Chapel.
And join us Tuesday, October 25 at 12 pm for our Brown Bag Fellowship
Bring a brown bag lunch and join with others for lunch time fellowship. There will be no formal program; just time to visit with friends, old and new. Free!
Are you sixty plus?
Senior Adults—Calvary members and non-members alike—are welcome at Calvary to enjoy lively fellowship in a convivial atmosphere.
The Senior Adults group meets on the second Tuesday of the month for a program and hot lunch. Our program schedule includes speakers, performers, movies and more.
We also meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month for an informal brown bag lunch and fellowship.
Attendees range in age from 60 to 90+. Proof of vaccination is required and masks must be worn at all times except when actively eating or drinking.
