No Sunday Studio

Sunday Studio will not be available this Sunday due to the holidays. It will resume on Sunday, January 9. Childcare is still available.

Sunday Studio at Calvary provides a sacred space for children to play, learn, and fellowship together. We get to know each other at welcome time, then read the narrative lectionary Bible story, and finally do a fun theme-related activity together.

We will begin with the Old Testament in September. After Christmas we will go through one gospel through Easter, and then Acts and other letters through Pentecost.

Children can attend childcare starting at 8:30 am or sit with adults in the 10 am service and participate in the children’s meditation, and then walk with Alison Faison to the Lower Level for Sunday Studio from 10:15 – 11:15 am.

Since children under 12 are unvaccinated, we ask that all parents, children, adults, director, and childcare team teachers wear masks and follow Covid-19 protocols. Alison Faison and all employed childcare team teachers and parent volunteers are vaccinated.

Childcare Hours: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

• Parents can drop off and pick up infants to 5th graders at the Lower Level check-in registration area.
• Childcare is also provided during Adult Education events following the worship service.

Sunday Studio Hour (ages 4-12 yrs/5th grade): 10:15 – 11:15 am

• Parents, please pick up children at the Lower Level.

• Kindergarten & 1st graders (6 – 7 yrs) – Dancers

• 4th & 5th graders (10 – 12 yrs) – Videographers
