On this darkest day of the Christian year, Calvary reclaims the medieval practice of the Improperia, known in English as the Solemn Reproaches, as the voice of Jesus addresses us from the cross. Our Music Ministry will set the tone for this service of worship, darkness (Tenebrae) and repentance. The misery of Good Friday cannot compare to the miracle coming on Sunday.
