Wind down the day with a restorative evening Dance Meditation. In this facilitated one-hour class, we move to a playlist of music bringing forth mindfulness so that we can connect to self and others. A nourishing movement practice, a balm for the day’s end and the evening’s beginning. No steps to learn. No partners needed. Adults of all ages welcome. Second Wednesday of each month at 6:30PM.
