Calvary Presents: Now the Green Blade Rises

Featuring the Calvary Chancel Choir and San Francisco Academy Orchestra. Inspired by the Lessons and Carols tradition, this unique concert will use the Seven Stages of Grief as a framework to integrate music and words into one organic, cathartic whole, taking us on a journey from the grief of loss and isolation to the renewal of hope through connection, community, and the singular power of live performance. Music will include excerpts from Mozart, Brahms, Saint-Saëns, Dvorak, and Mac Wilberg.
